Can wristbands be replaced at Jazz Fest? Thanks!

Yes. If lost or damaged, replacement fee is $25. If it never was delivered or arrived after you left for NOLA, that should be free I think.

If you do not receive your VIP Ticket and/or GA Weekend wristband in the mail or lose your VIP Ticket and/or GA Weekend wristband, please visit Support.axs.com Orders that are unable to be delivered or shipped will be required to be picked up at will call by the original purchaser. There is a $25 fee for replacing lost tickets/wristbands.

If your wristband is damaged, overtightened, or tampered with, it will become VOID and will be required to be replaced at the festival's box office for a fee.
