I saw the Tin Men got filmed to be in the pre-game promo and maybe during the game itself.

And let's keep it going here in Louisiana after LSU's fine performance in Austin Saturday night!

Oh man, what a game. The refs almost screwed us again.

Never saw the Tin Men, but I missed the opening.

The Tin Men popped up a couple of times from the Spotted Cat and even got their name mentioned.

Yeah, my head and heart did about four flips at the end of that one...thinking we had it won, then watching DeShawn throw bombs, then with the extra point blocked, then the penalty. But, as the man on TV said, "This game is not over" and Drew and Lutz proved him right. Wow!!!

Nice weekend for big time Louisiana football.

A great way to start the season. I almost gave up hope in that first half. Oh me of little faith. What a game!

As a defense mechanism, I get really negative and pissy when they do badly. And if it's a tough loss, after I just poured my heart and soul into it for 3 plus hours.....I get anti social and in a bad ass mood. My poor wife. No wonder she hates football season.

            Bring on the Rams !!

                Ouch.

Refs blew another call and took away a Saints touchdown, although as it turned out, it wasn't going to effect the outcome.

The offense without Brees is pretty benign. Here's hoping his thumb is not that bad. We should know soon.

                At least the Bears won.

Sadly the Brisbane Bears lost a knockout semi on the weekend

                    Damn, Brees out 6 weeks.

We have the highest paid backup in the league in Bridgewater. Lets see what he can do against Seattle with a full week of prep.

Bridgewater didn't play great but all the holding and procedure calls didn't help. Offense requires rhythm. Despite the defense's strong showing in the 1st half and Cam's TD they took away, the line got outplayed on both sides of the ball and you don't win when that happens.

Teddy is the highest paid backup QB in the league @ 7.25 million. It’s a crying shame! Sean says that Taysom reminds him of Steve Young. PUT HIM IN COACH!!!

Not very confident in Teddy or Taysom. Plus the o line did not look very good yesterday. Saints should have been prepping for the next chapter over the last couple of years. Maybe this draft? Even if these guys somehow make the playoffs they will be on the road which is not good for any team but especially this one.

Agree. The Rams didn't have to push us back we moved ourselves back down the field with our own penalties. If the fumble call had been called correctly, the rhythm of the rest of the game could have worked in our favor. Bridgewater didn't look too bad, but his receivers did. Bridge has got to learn to get the ball out sooner.
