So you have 10 days from today to decide if you want a refund, but they haven't yet announced the new date? That doesn't seem very customer-friendly.

I assume it will be pretty easy to buy tickets when the new date is announced, so I am not concerned.

        Yes, I requested a refund.

I purchased the tickets through a Trombone Shorty presale, through a company called 'Seated'.
I just got an email from them saying that all sales were final and I am "welcome to gift or sell my tickets".
                      That's pretty shitty....

                        Seated says:
Please note that for rescheduled shows, the event's refund policy is set by each event organizer, not by Seated.

If the event organizer allows refunds, we will include a refund deadline in the email notification with information about the new event date.

If an event organizer is not accepting refunds, we will be unable to process refunds for tickets purchased on our platform.

That doesn't make it any less shitty, but you'll want to direct your wrath to the correct party.

I did request a refund as soon as the show canceled. I received the 'no refunds' email today.
It 'could' have been a generic email to anyone who purchased tickets, or it could have been a specific response to my refund request, but it wasn't clear.
The original refund request said it could take up to 60 days, so I guess I'll see what happens, but I'm not optimistic....

The few shows I was looking forward to seeing are dropping like flies. So much for NOLA X NOLA.
