Either "great minds" or "little pea brains" (your call) think alike. I misinterpreted that also.

              • Pure speculation, but Phil Lesh just announced a bunch of shows in Port Chester NY in Oct (11-13 / 18-20 / 29-31), but his weekends before and in between are currently open, leading to the possibility he could play NOLA Oct 8-9, or 15-16. If he does, don't expect him to sit in with DeadCo. That will not happen. Bob could show up at Phil's show, schedule permitting, but that's all.

I'd rather see a Phil Lesh show over any of those other Dead related acts. At least he mixes things up and has great people playing with him at times like John Scofield. After Jerry he was always my favorite musician in The Dead.

Agreed. I'd take him over Dead and Co. as well.

+2. He was great at the Cap and even better at his place, Terrapin Crossroads, which is a great, tiny room.
