As they ended their set, they played through the crowd and created a huge following all lining up and AF led the crowd to the gospel tent. It was pretty cool.
I happened to visit Arcade Fire in 2011 at Acura by accident. They were fun and I enjoyed the show.

We caught him and his wife (and young son) at Rockygrass 7/2021. Hoping for 2 or 3 servings of Bluegrass this year.

Also, Low Cut Connie were on the 2020 lineup but not the 2021. I’d love to see them at the fairgrounds. They just being the best energy.

NEW ORLEANS… We are beyond excited to return for our first proper show in almost 10 years, Friday April 8th at the Civic Theatre!! After our much-beloved New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival plays we couldn’t wait a moment longer to see you again. The Mavericks in NOLA, a party for the ages! You won’t want to miss it Artist presale tomorrow, tickets on sale this Friday 1/21…LET’S GEAUX!!
The volume from that stage is no where near enough for the band - and then the lovely aroma.

I just saw them here in ATL a couple months ago - it was so so good. My wife and I truly Danced The Night Away. So much fun.

That was great when he played around town a couple of years back. I'm a longtime fan of Sex Mob, Hot 9 with Henry and many other projects of his. Diaspora Soul is one of my favorite late night albums. He will be live on You Tube tomorrow night at the virtual Winter Jazz Fest in NYC: https://www.winterjazzfest.com/12022-virtual-night-4

Sting is touring and has a gap during fest before coming to Philly for two rescheduled nights at the Met. Sting at the Met was the last big seated concert I’d been to before the pandemic. I also loved him last time he was at the Fairgrounds so I’d be happy to see him again.

In 2019 I saw Van perform twice (JazzFest and at a small theater in Oxford England) and he was in really good form for both shows. I would be very happy to see him again at Jazzfest this year.

Hope you are correct about Son Volt. And if Wilco plays...maybe a Uncle Tupelo reunion ?? Although I hear Jeff and Jay don't get along that well.

As far as Van, saw him at Fest during his last stop at the Fairgrounds and it was great.
