Gosh. I suppose that I have been more disappointed in something in my life but this array of uninteresting talent (??) is right up there. Sure, there is an act here and an act there that if I am desperate I would go see, but overall I am as I said, just disappointed.

Well, that Thursday headliner choice is a lot easier! And I'm kinda surprised by the use of the Cultural Pavilion to balance some necessary Blues Tent co-options, it'll be intimate (and the sound can't suck any more than it would in the Blues Tent!).

Not far off - I'm on the fence for coming down and that first Saturday is a reason why I probably won't. A lot of the bands I like to see across from each other at opposite ends of the fairgrounds.

Biggest plus I see is Boz Scaggs actually outdoors on main stage and then Crowes - a nice 1-2 punch - but at same time as the Disturbers.

Randy Newman in the Blues tent - uggh

That all day women Saturday stuff is messed up. Mix up those stages on different days so you have a chance to see more of them vs pitting them against each others time slots all on the same day.
