          That would great! I hope with the pandemic winding down they bring in more artists from other countries. It was great when they would feature the artists from a particular country for the entire fest.

            Speaking of music from Mali, I have been absolutely hooked on the new collaboration with Vieux Farka Toure and Khruangbin called "Ali." It couples nicely with his new album, "Les Racines" that he played songs from at the wonderful show at The Broadside recently. Both honor his father.

                I really like that album with “The Hendrix of the Sahara”​, more than Khruangbin's own albums although their EPs with Leon Bridges are pretty cool. Bummed I missed that Broadside show.
