Hello! When I purchased my big Chief tix I accidentally only bought one VIP Shuttle ticket and I am very much hoping to purchase a second. Does anyone have one they want to sell or know where I can buy them? I haven't found them on Stubhub but perhaps its a user error... Any help appreciated!

The other bus is available - not sure where the VIP drops you off at vs the fest express -
The VIP bus only has like 1 or two stops so it's more direct. The rest of the people we're traveling with are all on that bus so I'm hoping we can find another ticket.

I am pretty sure the bus goes directly from Lowes to the drop off spot at the fairgrounds, which I believe will be behind the Big Chief lounge.
BTW did you actually get a VIP shuttle pass along with the VIP ticket? They did not ship the VIP shuttle passes with our tickets and I get different answers on how to deal with it from AXS.
It does appear that our VIP tickets have an extra sticker on the back that VIP tickets without the VIP shuttle pass do not. Do you have a ticket without the extra sticker on the back?

Thanks for the reply. I'm the member of RelaxPatti's group without a VIP shuttle pass.
A couple things. il pirata :- RelaxPatti DID purchase the VIP shuttle pass at the same time as the VIP Big Chief tickets
- I compared my ticket with the other three people in our group. You are correct, it appears the sticker is the VIP shuttle entry:
- My ticket does NOT have a silver square sticker; there's DO have that sticker so that must be the pass.
Last, I did purchase an Express Shuttle pass as my back up plan (if I can't figure out how to purchase a VIP ticket). After purchase, AXS tells me to pick it up at Will Call AT the Festival Box Office. So, presumably I have to get the the Fest without using the shuttle, to get my shuttle pass, in order to get to the fest.
Does anyone here know if there is a Will call Box Office Downtown, or do I have to go to the Fairgrounds? Google and AXS unhelpful on this so far.

The sticker I'm referencing is a small silver square about the size of my thumbnail, on the back of the ticket, left hand side, about 3/4 of the way down on the main part of the ticket. there is a tiny image on it, but no words I can make out. Wouldn't have even noticed it unless il pirata mentioned this.
maybe call and complain? If they let you know how to get the stickers please report back

Here's the sticker on the back of my Grand Marshall pass that I am referring to. If others who ordered VIP passes and VIP shuttle passes do NOT have this, maybe it's something else, or maybe it is the VIP shuttle pass but some who ordered both did not randomly get the sticker or some other variation....what I am pretty sure of is that AXS has no ideal and the Festival organizers are not responding. Expecting some bus driver to sort through various forms of paperwork AND matching it to someone's ID and then if, if, you get on the bus you can then go spend a hour (at least) in the will call line to get your shuttle pass...what used to be referred to as FUBAR.

Yep, that's the same exact sticker three in our group have on their Big chief tickets. I do not have one (didn't pay for one at the moment of the ticket purchase; reason for this thread to begin with).
Also, this is accurate: "AXS has no idea and the Festival organizers are not responding"
Very odd they didn't communicate anything to the folks who purchased the VIP Shuttle

Well I just got an email from AXS Guest Services.
Affixed to the back of your VIP laminate that you received in this package, there will be a small sticker that will act as your shuttle pass. Simply present your laminate with sticker to the VIP shuttle staff, and they will allow you to board the bus immediately.
